- Achieving value & volume target monthly, quarterly and yearly
- Ensuring sales planning & hygiene (restricting Rate cut/cross territory/ scheme utilization/ others manipulation)
- Ensuring team management (bonding/motivation/on the job training/guidelines)
- Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies
- Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and sales target and KPI target are met
- Ensuring distribution and visibility
- Ensuring coverage and bill cut
- Maintaining DB Floor stock
- Maintaining Order vs Delivery
- Planning, analysing and achieving route level sales plan
- Monitoring and assisting in primary and secondary sales
- Ensuring distributor stock management
- Timely communication of any promotions/scheme to the trade and team
- Any other additional responsibilities given by the company from time to timeExperience:
- Min 10 to 12 years’ experience from any FMCG company. Candidates who worked in personal care industry will get preference.
- Experience in working with sales automation.
- Candidates with national sales responsibility along with sales development / trade marketing exposure will be preferred. Senior regional managers may also apply.
